  1. I thought the book was very straight and to the point where you can do sit-ups until you can not do more, but only adominal work you will not have ABS sleep all you want. He says that in this book and how the key to a stomach Chislean is mainly your diet. Great read for anyone starting out and not fully understand why you can not see that flat stomach so far.

  2. Right On! This book really reveals the secret of getting in the form of hard rock. I love the sections on the rotation of carbohydrates, and the author is not afraid to talk about the supplements that help you reach your goal. . . while many other books never do. The work-routines can be very similar to others you've seen, but the information about nutrition is very detailed. . . All you need do is follow the guidelines and the rolls are flying. Another great section is about how models / bodybuilders prepare for competition. I've always wondered about how they got the deep grooves between your abs. Everything is in this book. Finally, someone that covers everything.

  3. "ABS for Life" is an excellent book, if you're new to the gym and trying to figure out how to get fit and stay fit, or perhaps someone who has been working and / or diet for a while and do not appear be making much progress towards fat loss, lean muscle building and toning those abs. Neil Frost does a great job of explaining the building blocks of fitness and a lot of exposing the myths of fitness. He covers the proper way to exercise, both cardio and fat burning weight training, proper nutrition, not a fad diet, but rather how to eat real food in a healthy way, and how to motivate yourself and keep the motivation to adhere to its objectives. The book offers exercises for beginners, intermediate and advanced, so it will move to the stages in recent weeks. And workouts ab is not only provided you have a whole program dedicated to building muscle contained in the book. As Neil Frost States, this is NOT a quick solution "of the program is a new way of life. If you do not have the motivation or willpower, it will not work. But to me, asked me a brand new person. I have much more confidence in myself and am very proud to have the discipline to do this and I'm seeing these fantastic results. I really think this boils down to the motivation of the book has given me. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to get in fantastic shape relatively quickly (and who does not?). This will be money well spent. It really is a great program, not only for the abdominals, but to sculpt your entire body.

  4. I just started following the ABS for the life of the system for about 3 weeks and have lost 9 pounds and an inch off my waist so far. I have trained on and off for about ten years and this is no word of a lie, I've actually learned more from reading this book I have in those ten years of reading all the fitness magazines. I like the fact that, although the book emphasizes getting abs, but also provides a plan for building muscle throughout your body. Me and some friends at my gym have been following the muscle building plan contained in the book. Nutrition is covered extensively. As the author, to forget the great abs sculpture and a great body if you can sink your diet. I learned a lot about foods I could write my own book on the subject! The meal suggestions were great and especially liked the guilt-free desserts that are listed. I like the approach of this system, it is not only to maintain the short term, but I am hitting the next few years. I will update this review in 12 weeks, but wanted to write something now that I am soo happy with the results. Please read this book for under $ 16, which really is a good investment. Bravo!

  5. I often buy all the magazines that training is the stores. ABS in 4 weeks! Eating garbage and still get a six pack! All of these cover stories get to buy the magazine, but in reality it is unrealistic objectives. Of course, if running 15 miles per day and were eating only grapes and prune juice you lose weight, but almost nobody has time to make these plans or wants to eat boring food as for any period of time. I brought many exercise books over the years and tend to concentrate on homework and when it comes to their diet to eat more protein, eat less junk, thanks for the money until then. This book is different. Unlike recycled items in magazines written by journalists paunchy, this book is written by Neil Frost, a man not afraid to show a picture of himself and the results achieved by following its own agenda. Achieving a six pack is within your reach if you have the discipline to follow the principles set out in this book. The program lasts 12 weeks and if you check out their website then you can see before and after photos along with testimonials from people who have achieved this lifestyle program. I say lifestyle, as exercise has very little time. You do not need to spend hours in the gym. Most of the program is to learn what you should eat and when and this is fully covered in the book along with recipe ideas. The exercise section well thought out and easy to follow, the section of the diet is in depth, yet simple. If you have the willpower to join this program, you will see impressive results. I know I have. There is also a DVD for this program is also worth a look.
